SUP & YOGA
July 19, 2026

  • We’ll start with a morning yoga practice to build strength and stability before heading onto the water for a guided SUP adventure. After we return, enjoy a nourishing, provided lunch, followed by breathwork and restorative yoga to close out the day.

    It’s a chance to slow down, connect with nature, and spend time with like‑minded local movers in the heat of July.

  • Your day includes two yoga classes, a breath work experience and guided SUP adventure.

    Lunch, snacks and homemade Kombucha.

  • Firstly, your friends - because days like this are best enjoyed with them.

    You will also need a yoga mat, SUP board (limited spares available), reusable water bottle, change of clothes for post-sup, a blanket to complete your restorative yoga.
